A Pet is allowed where consent has been provided by Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation (NLHC). For the purpose of this policy, a “pet” shall refer to a dog or a cat.
Conditions
The following conditions must be satisfied:
One (1) pet only per household;
Pets shall not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other tenants or neighbours;
The owner(s) shall adhere to all applicable municipal regulations; and
All animal matter shall be removed promptly by the owner(s) from all outside areas and disposed of in a sanitary manner.
