The Honourable Paul Davis, Minister Responsible for Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation (NLHC), announces the funding recipients of the 2013-14 Supportive Living Program (SLP) on August 15 at the Brian Martin Housing Resource Centre in St. John’s. A project of Stella’s Circle, the resource centre is among 26 projects operated by 19 community-based organizations benefiting from $3.9 million in SLP funding announced that morning.
